im having pain in the right side in the back where my kidney is ive had kidney probs b fore and today it feels like a musle is pulling when i sit or stand or turn really fast what should i do pease tell me im in unbearable pain

You have to feel it if the pain comes from your muscle or from your kidney.
Usually doctors check it manually before the analysis: They give a fist to your kidney, and if it is your kidney, it will hurt a lot.
If it does not hurt while hitting that one time, so it's the muscle or the nerve.

With the pain beaing that bad, a trip to a doctor, is your best remedy.
