Prayer is a direct communication between God & you only, but when beginning or ending your prayer always pray through Jesus' name. When talking to God, you can say what ever is on your mind. If you are faced with a difficult decision, praying to God for His holy spirit to guide you helps. Or if you have committed a sin, asking God for forgiveness will help you feel better. Prayer always works for me and I start to feel like a heavy load was pulled off me...try it!
