Ok my wifes mom passed away when my wife was 9 yrs old.
We have no photos at all of her since they all burned in a house fire 2 yrs before our daughter who is 3 yrs old was born.
We dont live near anyone who would know her mom before she passed and we never talk about her. Ok heres the weird stuff.... My 3 yr old daughter said she wanted to watch cartoons with her gramma,we jokingly asked what gramma was wearing and she said she had on a yellow butterfly costume.(she was buried in a yellow shirt with butterflies all over it.) My daughter says now that her favorite color is yellow because her gramma like that color. My wifes mom loved yellow but we never mention it at all.
Ok is it me or this odd? We never were one to believe in the supernatural but im startin to wonder. So anyway...any explanations?

When I was in my teen, my great aunt was sick and I prayed God to let her live for a few more years. Being innocent and all, I pleaded with Him to take away a few years of my own life so that she can live. Anyway, she passed on. After the funeral, I was sharing a bed with my grandmother; grandma woke me up about 3:00 a.m. and asked me to switch place (the bed was against the wall, and she wanted to be against it). The next morning she told me that my late great aunt came and woke her up; that she wanted to see me.
That same week, my sister who was about six year old at the time, told us that she saw great aunt sitting in the living room. How weird is that?
I think there are unsettle spirits out there.

I, personally, believe that young children almost remember living with their Heavenly Father before they came to Earth. As such, they are closer to the Spirit world and know things and see things that we adults don't remember.
I have heard of other children you daughter's age seeing family that died before they were born and giving uncanny descriptions of them.
Most children stop seeing the people as they grow older and forget about the experiences later. So I would not worry about your daughter.

It could very well be that some spirit is being with your daughter. Maybe an angle. But not you dead mother in law. As a child i was very psychic. do not make a big deal about it. She may just drop it .You did not mention church. That is a good place to be.

What else has your daughter been watching on TV?
Something with a grandma?
Someone with a yellow dress?
Does she have young friends that have grandmas?
Keep looking for normal explanations, don't jump to conclusions.

Yeah that is strange, very creepy. I've heard that spirits who roam the earth are bad, that they're not really the people that you think they are, but that they're devils. They want to make contact with people, to make them believe that their love ones are present, and they want people to worship them and to practice things that are against god, such as the Tarot, fortune telling, and all the supernatural stuff.

Gee all you have is yellow and butterflies. My 3 yr old talks about butterflies all the time. Not much to explain there.

All I can tell you is when I was young I could see spirits.When I grew up and prayed about having seen these things the Lord showed me that there are spirits, and minds that are innocent or haven't been clouded can see them.

The ghost your three year old daughter is seeing is a deceiving spirit(demon) posing as your grandmother. WHat you are seeing is quite real. Please go see a Christian pastor about this and ask them about it and especially about salvation. He can help you get on the track top finding the truth. You don't want this spirit here.
They like to pose as our loved ones so we will believe in false spirituality and turn against the one true God in the Bible.

I don't understand this but there are
holy supernatural powers of God and
this world. Man has not seen or heard.
Children are amazing and Jesus loves them so much. Hope you find
your answer.
