That's the internet explorer icon. The properties windows should work, try pressing F5 on the desktop so that the icons refresh.

yes, but it is complicated because that icon is set by Microsoft and the provider so it's like trade marked kinda. You have to have icon constructing software. You could try cnet.com but it is gonna be timely, so set aside an all nighter to get the program,install it,learn it, etc. energy expelled is more than living with the e

Right click on the icon and choose Properties and click on Change Icon. Change the path to c:\windows\system32\moricons.dll or c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll. You can pick what ya want. Even try other executables - they may have icons you can use. The extention is dll.

No, but you can download firefox, it has a different logo, and is much better! get it while you still are virus free! firefox blocks more viruses because the absence of activex, get firefox here--- www.mozilla.com
