The program was deleted or the shortcut icon?
If it was deleted, isn't it in the Recycle Bin?
If you are sure it was deleted, you can install it from the CD. If it came "bundled" with your computer, contact the seller, explain the situation, and they should let you download another copy.

Are you asking how to reinstall an illegal copy? If you have a legitimate copy, insert the disk and run the setup program and you will be fine.
