There are generally two spinning games in a casino, the first is roulette, where you can bet on red or black (and there are generally 2 green spaces as well, just to mess up the odds). Roulette generally has 32 numbers, and a wide number of possible bets. If you bet on a specific number, the payoff is generally 32-1. If you bet on a block of 4 numbers, it is 8-1. Bet on a color, 2-1, odd or even, 2-1, etc. There are some slight variations.
The other game resembles a spinning wheel, most often with 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 bills on it. You place your bet on which you expect the wheel to land on, and the pay off is relative to the dollar amount bet on (2-1, 5-1, 10-1, etc).
Both games are mathematically staked in the casinos favor such that if you played forever, you basically would be guaranteed to have no money left. Actually, it goes a bit faster than forever.

Roulette. You bet red or black. You can also bet what number it will land on. Good Luck with that!

It's called Roulette. You can bet on many things, color, specific numbers, a specific row or column or pair of numbers, if they are within a certain range, if they are even or uneven, etc.
