I mean the blessings are the thing that makes God so great, so if he doesnt bless you does that say that God is in fact not so great or just great to some?

the blessings are what make one willing to put up with all the moral obligation and limitation a life of christ requires.

You know what, the hell with all that. If the devil would bless me as I see fit for my self to be blessed, my person. Then I would elevate Satan to be my god and make God my demon

The God in the bible did show favoritism.

2 examples are:

Cain and Abel

Israelites and Canaanites

So if you are not on his 'favorites list' don't raise your hopes too high.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe you're not being blessed because you DON'T praise God?

The greatest blessing He ever gave us was his Son, who died for you that you might have eternal life. Woudn't you call it a blessing that you can have that as a free gift?

Let's consider a few more......did you wake up this morning & take a breath? *That's* a blessing! Did you have clothes to put on? *That's* a blessing! Did you share a laugh with a friend lately? *That's* a blessing too! Most of the things we take for granted are really blessings from God. All things are allowed by Him...thank him for it! A thankful spirit is a precious thing. Develop it & guard it. It will become a most valued asset as you journey through this life. God Bless.

That's one way of looking at life and faith in God. Why do you think you're not blessed? You are on a computer and I'm guessing that you have a bed and don't go there hungry. What would it take to make you feel blessed? The greatest man in the world had none of the things mentioned and He felt blessed.
It's all in your attitude and perspective my young friend.
Try pondering the words of Christ. He did not seek the things of this world, He only sought His Fathers will. By the way, being compassionate and understanding as He was; He said if we would do the same, all needful things would come to us. Our world will be gone one day but eternity is forever. God does not need us our approval to be great. He created the whole universe and sustains it moment by moment. He may not need us but wee sure do need Him to save us from self destructing attitudes.

Yes, God is blessing you every day. Blessings are not just material things. Maybe you haven't recognized them yet. Good health is a blessing, family is a blessing, longevity is a blessing, I mean blessings come in so many forms it is very easy not to notice them right off. Look deeper into your life and I know you will see your blessings

Stop and think before you say you have not been blessed. Do you have eyes to see? Do you have ears to hear? Can you walk, breath, etc.
The list could continue for days. If you can answer NO to all, then you are NOT blessed. Next time you have to park a far distance from the store entrance think about the guy with NO legs that would relish the idea of being able to walk.

You believe God hasn't blessed you... I think you are wrong I figure that because you are using a computer. You have some education, you have some wealth... Some much for no blessings... Limitations is living for Christ.. I don't seem to have many. He has set me free from death and hell. He has giving me joy to see all that He has created and placed in my life.. I am no longer a slave to sin. If you came to the Lord you would see the freedom and joy there too.... Jim

The first issue is that you don't see the blessings. Life is not meant to be a cakewalk. There will be trials and tribulations, but with those come lessons and blessings. It takes Christian growth and maturity to gain discernment and see blessings in spite of what is going on around you. It doesn't come with age, but rather being in the word, trusting God and having faith.

God blesses all people. If you have your health, a family, house, clothes, or money. Then God has blessed you with that. He owns everything here on earth, and He gives it to you. If you say you worked for it yourself. Then I must say He gave you the breath, and health to do the job.

Praise God in everything - give thanksgiving to the Lord, your God. If you don't have enough faith; you won't get the blessings.

Hebrews 11:6
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek him.

John 14:1
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God[a]; trust also in me.
John 14:12-14
I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.

God has obviously blessed you with a computer or a friend or family member or close library where you could ask this question. You can breathe. You can think. You probably have the ability to pro-create. You probably have the ability to eat normal. Count your blessings you ungrateful prick!
