Have you gone for allergy tests? They can help you find out what you have sensitivities to without going through the trial and error. But keep in mind that almost every soap, detergent, and lotions, even tissues and toilet paper have perfumes in them. If you are allergic to scents you will have to be very careful of what products you use.

Skin Rashes?
There are two ways I would look at it:
1) One can test and take all irritable substances and foods out of one's life.
2) One can get a stronger immune system and healthier skin, by using the best I have experienced for skin problems of such kind: The Dinshah Color Turquoise. A color filter of the right frequency is used and a reading lamp. The filter holder can be made from cardboard. More info at http://biochakra.com or http://colormedicine.com

I agree with the advice that "Lynn K" gave you. You've done pretty much all you can do on your own. It's time to consult an allergist. Don't even consider scabies until you've been seen by a professional.
