What are some pros and cons if I were to go out with a girl from another country? Let it be known that at the current time we are not in the same country as one another.

you two would REALLY have to trust each other seeing as your not in the same country, and you can't always be watching her to see if she's really truthful or not, and same goes for you.
but you two really wanna make it work, then go for it!!!

Well I think (my self being in the same situation, me being the latina and living in another country) it can work if you dedicate the time to it, if you are both very honbest with each other, I will be moving to the US this year God willing, so It might work perfectly.
It has many pros and many cons...
