here we go again.
Psychics read the "Aura" around a person. it is their energy that gives them the ability to see some "Events" in their possible future. however telling someone about these events, may change their path, and thus change the event, or it's timing.
A ping pong ball with a number on it has no Aura, thus it has energy to give a Psychic a future reading. the future is made of fixed events, possible events and random events. and a Psychic cannot see a random event, such as a lottery drawing, or electronic number generation. fixed events are closely guarded, and most will not see them and if they do will not speak of them.
this leaves the possible events for them to fortell.

Because it doesn't work that way. A psychic doesn't know everything in existance. They are not a god.
