Just looking for suggestions, I plan on excersizing and eating right, but that may not give me the fast result I want. But if thats the best way then I would have to settle for those results.

if you want to lose weight don't stave because it is UN healthy you need to excises 3 times a week for 1 hour or 30 min than eat healthy no soda and no dunk food I know this will be hard but I loss 30 pounds in 4 weeks so this should work and if it does not Go to your doctor for suggest Good Luck

Whoa that's 5 pounds a week. Imagine how much food you need to eat to gain 5 pounds a week ..... now, does it seem realistic? The master cleanse diet does work. please google it or yahoo it (or whatever you do on yahoo). The dedication you need right now is going to be intense but if you really want something you can have it. there are a few master cleanse forums and groups out there, for support for you, But you need to be vlose to home for when you have to..... ummmm.... well you'll find out.

You should have started a few months ago if you want to lose 15 lbs. .The first few pounds are water.. It takes a lot of exercise and proper diet to lose 15 lbs.. 3 weeks is stretching it. Great goal..but do it gradually.

High protine 0 Carbs Plenty of water and supplimental vitamins taper watre off slightly for last 3 days .

Drink 1 gallon of water a day and lose about 5 lbs a week.
