I was given a motorola bluetooth headset from a friend. when i go to connect with w/ my motorola phone it wants me to enter the bluetooth passkey. is there anyway to override that, or put in a generic passcode?

The passkey should be 0000, that's the default passkey for all Bluetooth, if that doesn't work call your computer provider. Simple as that.

Try all 1's or all 0's. Those are the generic/default passcodes for most bluetooth's.

its not a set code, u can make this code up. when u connect to the device they enter the same number that u have choosen.


+ oh its a headset, might be different.
