OK, 3 months ago I split up with a girl whom I adored very much, I'd have willingly haime passed and eventually I got over her...or so I thought, this past week it has been plaguing my mind non-stop, I still feel I love her with all my heart, even though she probably thinks nothing of me now and has a new boyfriend etc etc. I tried giving her up cold turkey, we havent spoke in 2 months at least but for no reason I have started thinking about her again.

I have tried all the normal steps of getting over an ex. Self Assertion, not going to places we used to go together, blocking her out my life, I haven't dated since although, I can't, I don't know anyother girls who I am intrested in. Can you please give me some help or advice to stop this. It's ditressing and I think I am going mad :(

Well the BEST piece of advice I can give you is to ask GOD.DON'T follow the average steps, dont try to go cold turkey, because your just going to go back.Cry it out,the only way out is the wya throguh.Ask GOD,and seek him for direction. He will give a better answer than you could give yourself, better than my answer, and even the rest of us.If shes moved on don't keep going on about it,somtimes love hurts, but thats whata real love is honey, because believe me I would know. And if you really love her, you'd let her go,and free yourself from any heartache.think about it!Hope I helped!

You aren't ready for a new realtionship right now, if it happens, dont be afraid of it but dont look for one. You'd be better off alone right now. You do need a new focus though. You need to get involved in an activity that youre good at, if thats sitting in front of the ps2 and having a good day, then so be it. But you need a creative outlet. Something that allows you to express yourself thoroughly and without intteruption. But something youre good at, it helps for the self-reassurance issue at hand. Its you time. Time to find out who you are and what you need or who you really are...focus is all about you now. Easier said than done, this is true, but it will happen in time and with a great deal of effort. Heres a helpful key, while expressing yourself or after, take the time to listen to yourself, it helps to reveal your secret truths youve been hiding from yourself

It happens. A year after my lying cheating ex and I broke up, it sometimes pops in my head that I want him back and might still love him. I think it's a weird brain thing honestly. lol You broke up with her for a reason. More than likely, you're feeling this way because you're alone and she has someone new. The feeling will pass.

find a few girl u know and talk to them ull learn more about anything and what u want in a girl. if u talk to her the 1 ur tiring to get over ull just burst with insanity u dont want that so then think what u want in a good friend then u want some of those in a girl. then find someone with at least half of those and a person easy to talk to

get back in the game. The best way to get over a girl is to find a new one.

i believe that you think you are not interested in any girls because you are not letting yourself give other girls a chance because you miss her but u should go out and date because there are many sweet girls out there that can be someone that you can fall for. you need to forget her especially if you don't think she cares about you.
