ok...im short and am not....well....mature, and it seems all of my friends have got action...and were all around the same age ..14..and everyone seems 2 have got some action(like hj and bj's.....) y am i not included in any of this???...even the nerdy kids have got some ..BUT i still havent got anything......please give me advise on somthing 2 do differently...im comfused???

First off, half the time guys your age lie about what they are 'getting' from girls your age. Don't be in a rush, its not all that great, especially at your age. Try not to sweat it so much, if you don't think about it, seriously, something will fall right into your lap.

I'm going to assume you want a real answer and not a pat on the @$$ I.E. "It just takes time." So here it is. Your main problem, and I can tell by the way you asked this question is that you have absolutely no confidence. You can't find your identity in others, you have to make a conscience choice and say "I am the ****, and I don't need anyone to tell me that to know that I am." If you truly have confidence in yourself it will show through to others. secondly don't be thinking to yourself "I just HAVE to get a GF or I'm a loser" because this desperation will show through to the girl, and there's no bigger turn off to a girl then a desperate guy. And finally, Dude, you're still young, I mean 14, seriously, you still have plenty of time to change things. Now I'm not saying that you should let your outward appearance go to hell, it never hurts to have an advantage in the looks department, but guys care about looks a lot more than girls do.

well ur only 14 so u shouldnt be worrying about this anyways but most of your friends...including the nerds are probably lying about it so they dont seem lame or wutever but jus be yourself its harder for a gurl we dont jus do it to do it we gotta have feelings for the guy...unless the gurl is a whore then id be careful if i was you ....u might catch something

You`re insane. You`re fourteen? I`M FOURTEEN. If sex meant less to you, then a girl might actually like you, and then at SOME POINT in the DISTANT future, you`d get some action.
