The best way to change someone....is to change yourself. If you can change the way that you look at her and act polite to her while she is mean, it will soften her. In the meantime, you are looking good and professional to her and your other co-workers!

If it is so terrible, you can start looking around while you are playing it "cool". You will either find a better job or find that you are in a really good place already.

Find a new job or let the physicians know how she's acting towards you and the patients.
