No, there is no OTC med for a goiter. They need to be treated through your doctor. Please make an appointment to discuss it with your doctor, especially if the goiter is large and causing you any swallowing or breathing difficulties.

I just replied to you in another question. TSH is thyroid stimulating hormone and its actually not a thyroid hormone. It's from the puituitary gland.

If you have a goiter, chances are you are hypothyroid and need to go on thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormone may shrink the goiter. Get a free t4, free t3, TSH, and antibody test to see what exactly is going on. Make sure its a morning test only.

Screwing around self-diagnosing with thyroid problems and seeking OTC's is not the sign of a rational being.

Why don't we try something "age-appropriate" and go to an M.D. and get a thyroid test?
