Its a common problem
Im betting recently the car battery died or was unhooked. This is how to fix it.
Warm the car up, turn the fan on high, and the heat on full blast. Next, press and hold the rear wiper and washer buttons at the same time until all leds light.
this will put the heater control head unit in calibration mode, the 2 washer leds's will flash alternately and then stop when complete.

ok, you need to get your computer replaced by a mechanic...this is a bad fault in the dodge caravan...
The computer controls a lot of things and when it does go out it will coast more then the van is worth

It means that your vans catalytic converter is not working properly. If you want it to stop you just need to have a mechanic reset your vans computer. That will cost anywhere from $20 to $60.
