he lives in the east coast, i live in the west coast, and we talk ove the phone once a year, this week he has helped me with guy problems that i've been having. she found out and now she told him to not talk to me anymore, i don't want him in any way other than someone that i can rely on for a guy opinion. i already told him that i would delete his number, i did, but i can't help it but to feel sad...... =0(

You didn't mention his opinion about the situation, but I say he should ditch the g/f if she is that insecure. Especially if you live across the country! You shouldn't have deleted his number unless he asked you to, which I hope he wouldn't. And if he is doing what his g/f asks of him then he wasn't that good a friend in the first place.

His girlfriend is stupid. If you two live far away from each other, there`s nothing for her to be worrying about. Plus, she should trust her boyfriend. Maybe you should talk to him about this, and see if he can talk to his girl. If she`s a good girlfriend she`ll understand. If she`s being completely stubborn, he can pull the, "I don`t make you stop having your guy friends" card.
