I know you want to loose weight but starving yourself isn't going to get you there. Your body is actually storing fat cells when you starve yourself. The best thing you can do is to be consistent to reach your goal of 110. Consistent means eat all meals at the same time, don't skip meals, just intake healthy foods, double up on your fruits and veges and drink 8 glasses of water per day, stay away from fast foods and junk foods, and the most important, get an exercise plan, go to the gym or walk or run or play sports, anything physical.Be realistic, to get to 110 from 160 is going to take longer than 3 weeks, if you do the above way, the pounds will drop off and stay off. If you go on a fad diet, you just gain it all back again.

I've lost 60 pounds and unfortunately there are no quick easy ways to lose weight and keep it off. The best thing is to make small changes that you can truly incorporate into your lifestyle. More water, less soda. More whole grains and vegetables and lean protein. Less refined sugar, really fatty fried foods and packaged foods. You don't have to join a gym. Just walking 10-20 minutes at a time instead of a sedentary lifestyle is a great way to burn calories.

Losing weight and getting fit. By kashii.
Chapter One: Exercise AT LEAST 30 minutes three times a week. If you have the time to do more, then more is great! :) Whether you go to the gym, go for a light-medium paced walk (you should be able to have a conversation, but be just a little breathless), shoot some hoops with a friend, go for a swim, whatever! Whatever you enjoy doing, do it. Hiding the fact that you're exercising is the best way of doing it. Also if you enjoy it, you'll WANT to get up and do it. Make it fun. Have a friend or friends who'll come out and do things with you, or make it your 'me' time. Consistency is the key!
Chapter Two: Diet. Your diet should be balanced and healthy. That doesn't mean SUPER MEGA HEALTH FOOD ATTACK! You don't have to pick the healthiest choice if you don't want eg brown rice over white. But make educated decisions. If you want a snack, have some fruit or veg, or some egg on toast. If you go out to dinner, you don't have to pick the garden salad with no dressing please actually just give me the empty plate, you can have the steak or the chicken or the fish or whatever. Make healthy decisions. You don't have to go nuts, just be logical about it. Also don't go hungry. A hungry belly is a sad belly. So full it up with a hand full of nuts or a piece of toast!
Chapter Three: Enjoy Life. Being healthy isn't dieting. It's not a brutal plan you have to stick to rigidly, so relax. It might take a bit to get into, but once you get into the swing of things it'll be second nature. You don't need a tailored plan based on your DNA and family history. You don't need meals delivered to your door. You just need to eat right and above all exercise. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN UNTIL YOU DO. Remember: No one ever lost weight through diet alone.
The End :D
And randomly, the starving yourself: not a good idea. Apart from the fact that it's unhealthy and you're mega hungry (I hate being hungry!!) it's doing the opposite of what you actually want it to do. When you don't eat for long periods like that your body will switch into a survival mode. Everything you eat will be stored as fat because it doesn't know when you're going to get access to food next. It screws your body around. Screws your head around. Not good in the slightest.
I was a big kid for my small stature when I was in my later years of high school. I used to do athletics on a state level when I was about 14 until a massive knee injury took me out of sports all together (sports were my life, so it was a massive shock to not be able to do anything). I've always eaten like a horse and because I wasn’t doing ay exercise at the time (and because I was eating junk! :p) I just put on weight. When I finished high school and my knee had recovered enough to start doing light exercise again, lo and behold, the weight dropped like it was going out of fashion! I started making healthier choices in my eating (like eating a sandwich instead of a deep fried doughnut) and my health got better and better! Don’t get me wrong, if I wanna go out with my friends and have pizza and beer I will! If I go out for dinner and I want the indulgent option, oh I will!! But I know I can do that because I exercise at least three times a week for at least an hour and I generally eat well. I may not have the Perfect Body (whatever that is), but I’m freakin healthy! I’m carrying a healthy amount of weight and a healthy amount of body fat. My cholesterol and blood pressure are below average at perfect points. I never ever get sick. I don’t watch what I eat too much and I’m not heavy handed with the exercise but I do enough to stay healthy. And in the end, it’s not really much at all. It’s just making the choice to be your own cheering squad and motivator and to make good decisions. And to have the strength to make yourself get up and move :) All the best!

Okay just calm down. It is not as hard as it seems. Try eating smaller portions. Balance your diet with more fruits and veges and whole grains. Eat reduced fat cheeses and other foods that tend to be high in fat. Excerise is also key. If you have a hard time motivating yourself try music. I can't even go to the gym if my ipod isn't charged but if I make it there I can go forever with a good beat. Try just 30min of walking two times a week to start. Once you change your eating habits, you will feel more energetic and want to work out more. If you need more advice, I belong to weight watchers and can help.

Okay. Starving isnt good because first off, it can kill you, and second off, like, if you do that, your body tries to feed you or something with the nutrients you already have and it just makes you bigger. I cant really explain it but it goes something like that. And you know those commercials "Any diet that lets me eat chocolate every day is a diet for me!" Dont buy that, but the only way you loose weight from that food is because it is perfectly portioned. What you do is try to portion your food and excersise.

Do not starve your self, you can cause permant damage to your metabolism. Losing weight is as simple as calories in vs. calories out. you have to burn more calories then you take in. this doesn't mean starving, it means eating better quility foods and exercising. Start reading food lables for serving sizes and calories per serving and measurring your food so you know what you are putting in your body. and start exercising, plenty of cardio to get the heart rate up

well you need to do it in a healthy way. it can be done...you just have to be patient. my mom lost 100 pounds! you need to start by cutting out the junk food and adding healthy food. and start working out... add a little at a time.
good foods:
egg whites
low fat string cheese
yogurts
all fruits and veggies
whole grains, brown rice
chicken and fish
there are tons of healthy recipes that are excellent! i suggest trying weight watchers. they have really good recipes too!
add cardio a little at a time depending on what you can do. then work your way up to 45-60 min.
hope this helps!
good luck!
