Don't take diet pills. They are dangerous and can be addictive. Try eating more healthy foods, whole grains, veges, fruits, nuts, etc. Exercise 30 min. 3 times a week to start and work your way up to more. If you need more of an explanation, I took diet pills and I can give you first hand experience why they are awful.

Don't take diet pills..they will mess up your metabolism when you stop taking them and they can be bad for your heart and liver...they also make you nervous and depressed...
Drink at least 84 ounces of water a day...walk briskly for 30 to 40 minutes and keep your calories to around 1200 to 1500 a day and your carbohydrates not to exceed 60 grams per day and you will loose weight...
This works..!!

Oftentimes, the food we buy has most of the vitamins leached out of it in the processing. Our body craves the vitamins, instinctively knows it is in the certain food, such as cheese, ice cream, potato (French fries), pastry, etc, which actually do have trace amounts of certain vitamins in them. But to get sufficient amounts, our body tells us to keep eating. A good dietary supplement such as Nutrilite Double X (SKU-A-0244) is a proactive line of defense against such chronic cravings, since if your body is already swimming in vitamins and minerals, you'll crave foods, on average, less. NONE ! Please do not waste your money. Exercise and eating right positive attitude are the only ways to do it! This is what my bf and me are doing
~ fitday~ log on, type in what you eat and you will see where your problem areas are
~ walking~ Plain old walking! I used to walk 1/2 hour to tanning salon, then tan, then 1/2 hour back home lots of bike riding. Man was i look'n good. I never drank soda or booze, lot's of veggies carbs-all carbs- and I stayed the same size for like, 7 years.(back injury, lots of sitting on couch eating chips) Getting back in shape, FAST!
Anyway....... Please save your money for cute clothes when you reach a realistic attainable goal. There are dozens of good health info websites. There are no quick fixes you did not get to where you are overnight How can people beleive there is "magic beans" out there. Good Luck , Dont give up!

These can be addicting, and habit forming and they can only be prescribed by a doctor also, you do have to have an actual weight problem.. But Phentermine 37.5, aka Adipex.. I have lost 45 lbs with this miracle drug. I started taking it in April. You need to join a gym too though, eat right.

I have been taking cylaris, but I have also stepped up my exercising from nothing to about 4-5 days a week. I have also cut down drastically on the amount of pepsi I used to drink. And I eat smaller portions. So far, it is working.
