I am curious if anyone knows whether or not there are any work-out supplements that anyone can use? More specifically, people with hypothyroidism. I don't think that there are any safe supplements, but if you know of any, please let me know.

The term "everyone" is problematic. Whey protein is generally safe for the vast majority of people, but that doesn't mean that even a person with severe dairy allergies should be consuming it. Obviously checking with your doctor is the best option. On Yahoo Answers you get amatures (such as myself) answering. I would think that whey protein is generally safe and shouldn't have any issues with hypothyroidism. Whey is the protein concentrated out of milk, so if you are able to consume milk, then whey should be safe for you.
