The 14th amendment provides equal protection under the law. That interpretation of that amenment has been so perverted that it is a crime.
The author of the citizenship clause specifically stated that the mere accident of birth was not sufficient to grant automatic citizenship yet that is exactly what our government does.
Equal protection does not mean that you bestow all the rights of a citizen to an illegal invader yet that is what our government does with their look the other way policies.
To answer your question, No they do not have rights but thanks to the ACLU, our liberal courts and traitorous politicians who do not uphold their oath of office, they have more rights than you do.

All illegal aliens don't have the full protection under the Constitution but they do have some under the human rights law. America is a land of opportunity for any one that can work and live abiding the law of the land. America was build from the foundation of immigrants legal or illegal.
The problem does not lie on the illegal aliens that come to work hard to make a better existense in their lives and family.
Problems lie on the governments from where these illegal immigrants are from and our government that have not kept up with such matters through diplomatic actions.

Brings to mind a scene in "The Outlaw Josie Wales" starring Clint Eastwood.

They have rights under things like the Geneva convention and things. Not rights from the constitution, but they have certain inalienable rights.

Yes, they have human rights - those common to all persons. They *DO NOT* have civil rights, meaning those particular to citizens of a particular society; they've been granted access to many civil rights, but have no actual claim to such.
