those laws always have to deal with the age barrier of 18. if you are under 18 it doesnt matter usually. both over or both under 18 is the real deal you have to worry about. and if you are under 18 you have to wonder why cant he find someone his own age? sounds kinda fishy. and if you are under 16 downright creepy

its 18... 17 doesnt count... it must be 18 unless you want jail time if you get caught
