Why do most women prefer dating men that treat them like their personal possession these days?

Yes, I am basing this on past experiences. I go on one date with a woman and that's usually it. They seem interested, I play my cards right, but havent' dated anyone consistently for a few years now.

Ladies, what is it you want? Seriously? Im 26....am I supposed to compromise my dignity to become that Italian asshole you dream of? What's missing here?

None of you know me, so don't say it's my attitude. Thanks. It's late and im aggrevated my love life is going about as good as the general climate of this country under Bush. And that's pretty bad in of itself . Now the thing is.......I'm basing what im saying on 50 percent what im seeing too. Because everytime I tell myself, I am fine with who I am, I see couples EVERYWHERE. There's some blond girl with a guy whose 5'7 an wears a hat over eyes and has a . Am I missing something? Why are women saying im "awesome" but f*cking other men?

they get this impression from Hollywood. Whatever they see on TV or the movies, that's how they think their life should be.

Well maybe cuz you don't seem to have a very good oppinion about them. Girls notice that eh? No offense, you are right, I don't know you but maybe you are the problem here. And i don't mean that in a bad way. I mean it in the way that maybe you are always going for the wrong type of girls. My guess is you are prolly going for the same type of girls who see you the same way you see the girls you reject.
Maybe I am wrong and maybe some girls do like to be possessions but trust me doll it's a small minority. No girl wants to be treated like a possession. Personally I would rather buy 10 cats and sit on my *** for the rest of my life then allow someone to undermine my personality. My advice? stop and look back, maybe you are trying to hard in all the wrong places. Take a moment to contemplate things and notice if there is a patter and try to go against it. If that doesn't work I will personally go down and date you.

Is it possible that your constantly picking women who are the type to want to be treated like personal posessions. I don't know one woman who would want to be dominated by a man. Sure, women are attracted to strong men but I don't think that every woman is looking for the "italian asshole". Ill give you though that women are sometimes pretty difficult to understand, every women says a sense of humour is the most imprortant trait in a man and then the funny guys are just friends. I think the key is that there isn't a archtypical version of a man that every woman desires, it's all personal preference. It may sound cliche but there must be someone out there just for you. Oh Honey! I have to say that I think it's so cute that you're asking this question when women should be asking themselves. Women are brainwashed from an early age, and a domineering man is a man who will "protect" them and have the capacity to "take care of them". I know how pathetic it is. But women generally have low self-esteem and are threatened by over-bearing personalities that they delude themselves into believing that feeling threatened is a form of respect, (it's a whole Oedipal/father figure thing I won't get into), As a rule, we don't know what we want, but pretend that we do, so I can't really answer that question. Find a confident, millenium woman who gets it. And good luck... there are so few of us... :)

You have asked basically the same question four times. Obviously you don't like the answers. Does that not indicate to you that there is a problem with you and not with the ladies who seem to make a wide circle aroound you. It's pretty clear to me that you need to be changing something about yourself in order to be attractive to others. Lashing out angrily at those who answer you makes you even more unattractive. So lighten up and if you don't want to hear the truth that don't ask the question.

Maybe it is just the girls you are picking to go out with. I'm quite serious. A lot of guys think they have to go out with only the slim, pretty faces. Try asking out a slightly "lesser looking" lady who is genuinely sweet inside and has a happy personality. Sometimes guys seem to only choose the skinny queen bees who look a lot like Barbie dolls. They are not always the best girls to give your heart to. Try a "normal" lady and really listen to her. Treat her like a princess and see what happens.
