Any doctor can write a prescription. You can even get it online from here: http://www.inhousepharmacy.com/skin-care/retin-a.html It is $29 for a tube. (Look over to the right; you might want a different type).

yes, your primary care physician can legally prescribe acne meds to you..The question is, will he be willing to.Some will and some still prefer that you go see a dermatologist and will not treat such skin issues..
