It is all a person choice. I know many Straight Edge people who choose not to take Tylenol or even caffeine. I also know ones that do take Tylenol. You just have to evaluate why you are Straight Edge and go from there.

Of course.
Straight edge X normally means abstinence from sex, illegal drugs, and alcohol, but any drug that is used in healing is allowed.
Don't forget that any excess of a drug is considered drug abuse which is forbidden by straight edgers.
