Your diet can have a lot to do with your mental state. Try that first before you go on any diet pills. Eat better and more healthy. Balancing between fruits, meats and pastas.

Try to go and talk to a doctor or psychologist because you must get over your depression and anxiety first and then handle your weight problem. The weight will come off if you diet properly, diet pills are only a quick cure and are really of no lasting value and once you are off the pills then your weight may come back on. When you are depressed or anxious you will gain body weight because of a hormone in your body will signal to the brain that there is a problem and water will be the result to ease the problem.

Nope, never works, no shake or pill will work the way you want. First of all, i know what you mean, i've been battling my weight my whole life and have had anxiety and depression, but you may be thinner later but you'll still be depressed and anxious. You gotta battle this depression and anxiety first, and then the weight will drop off before you know it. Email me if you wanna chat about it.

I would suggest reading more about how to eat healthier. We can probably all work on this ourselves. A professional trainer told me if you want to lose weight, to drink 1/2 ounce of water per day per pound you weigh. So if you weigh 180 pounds, drink 90 ounces of water a day or as close as you can come to it. That may be a lot of water to drink at first, but it helps clean out your liver and that will help you metabolize what you eat much better. If you are going through a depression, it may be wise to cut out sugar and caffeine and white flour and start eating things that help fight depression. I've been reading up on pumpkin seeds and pumpkin in general. Apparently pumpkin seeds have something called "tryptophan" that helps combat depression. Although you may not like going to a gym, still incorporate exercise into what you do. Even things like walking help a lot in toning muscles.

Theres so many different ways to lose weight, and treat depression, without taking meds. If you do, make sure you are taking something prescribed by a doctor. Diet pills are more like to just make you feel worse, more anxious and jittery.

Try walking, or an exercise video. Cut out sodas and junk food from your diet. Eat more of healthy foods you like. Remember that it's not just about being skinny, its about being healthy.

Hi there, I hope that we can change your mind about the diet pills.
Do you like to walk, that's what I did, it does work! just 20 min a day at a pace where you can feel that your heart is beating faster then swing your arms, like seniors do in the mall. This is a good start. It's sometimes hard to but drink as much water as you can stand, and stick with the veggies and fruits, good grains, like rice and barley and get on to FITDAY.com where you can learn about calories in/out and the nutritional value of foods.also weightlossforall.com has tonnes of information about all sorts of nutrition/diet topics.

There is no magic pill out there. It's all work. eating well moderate exercise and a positive attitude will get you there, It is a long hard journey to loose weight good luck to you!

the pills by itself dont work, there is not miracle machine, miracle belt or miracle pills that will make you loose weight, probably if you buy diet pills you will end up loosing money and get more depress and anciety due to not results, who told you that you need to go to the gym to loose weight? At home you can make some excercises or you can start playing basketball with the neighbors or yourself and try to eat healthy, not junk. Diet sodas are not good neither

I understand how you feel, and empathize with you, but buying diet pills off of E bay is the wrong thing to do. I am 41 and went through that used fen fen for years and acquired a problem from it. I started to work out and drink water with Crystal light in it and fruit and veggies and have done all right. You are so very young talk to your mother if you can,t I will tell you what I did with my daughter who is now 20. She went through that also and was not talking about things so I told her if you can,t talk about it write it and she did and I replied to her in writing and wrote something like this. Life is changing you are now a teen you went from dollies and barbies to sleep overs and makeup and boys. It is hard to grow up and find self acceptance but remember you are a individual and beautiful love yourself. Another thing i used to tell my kids every morning before they went to school i would say whats your name they would say their name and then I would tell them you are awesome beautiful and smart and you can do anything or be anything you want in this life. Find your golden moment

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life
