I've been searching for playmate for my female cocker but cant find any breeders in south texas. Most breeders are up north, anone know of any down here close to the south tip of texas , please!!!! Male or female pup, any color!

You can locate breeders through the referral link on the AKC site just loate the breed name and click on the referral person's name to get an email address. Most of these referrals are connected to the specific breed's club and they are dedicated to preserving and improving their breed. The breeders should allow you to tour their kennel facilities, have photos of show winners, journals of all breeding practices, ask you questions of concern and answer your questions. Breed clubs are very knowledgeable and it is a great way to learn more about the breed and find quality dogs.
