I think slutty or sexy is in the way you act not so much what you ware. a women can be in a 8000 dollar prada dress and still be a slut, or a women can dress in very provocative cloths and be sexy rather than slutty. it's all in the way you act.

The whole Paris Hilton slutty image is a real turn off. Wear a nice pair of jeans and a nice sweater. Now thats very attractive.

Depends on the guy your trying to get. Conservative- less makeup, no thongs sticking out, the less facial piercings the better.
More on makeup, light on the eyeliner and mascara, blush isn't necessary,
lipstick should only be used at parties, dates, other social events.
You don't have to be tan all the time
Each guy has their own standards, Keep it simple nothing too gaudy.

Hooker makeup is nasty (too much)
I personally find the partially see through stuff sexy, a girl should be dressed not naked!

Some kind of sweatpants and a nice shirt. Not too much cleavage or that stuff. Does wonders. Not too much make up. That's just disgusting.
