If you go to a gym, ask if they have a squat rack and get someone to show you the right way to do squats with the bar. Don't just pick up the bar and do it though because you'll screw your body over. Start on low weights so your lower back can build strength and then carry on from there.
These squats work out your legs, butt, abs and lower back (basically). They're the perfect exercise for losing weight off those areas, while giving them strength and toning them up. And remember (if you're a chick... I'm assuming you are... sorry if you ain't :p) chicks WON'T get bulky from just lifting weight. You get bulks through specific muscle building exercise and diet. So get into those hack squats and you'll be feeling great in no time!! :D If you couple this with about 30min cardio three times a week, you'll do wonders. If you're not into sitting on a treadmill or a gym bike but hate just running on a track or around the block, disguise it! Exercise is great fun! Find a friend who'll come out and shoot some hoops with you for a while, ride a bike to the shops/work/movies/etc. Go for a walk somewhere nice with a friend/partner. (if you have the time and nature for it) Get into babysitting young kids and take em out for games at a park: cheap entertainment for them and you'll be run off your feet!

Remember weight loss is EXTREMELY easy! No scams, no diets, no gimmicks: eat right, exercise regularly and enjoy life :D

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

There is not specific excercice for on single body part to loose weight unless is to grow muscles, that will help you loose fat in that desired part, but in general, running, joging, bike and other cardio activities will help you.

You can't just lose weight in one area. Weight-loss is normally distributed evenly across the whole body.

You can focus exercises on just these areas, but it will make them bigger, as it will increase your muscles. You can't just burn fat locally.

i know that running helps. or doing squats. set a certain number of squats that you want to do each day, and do them. it also helps if you can strap weights to your legs. it helps work your legs more.

Running is a good way, but it's a horrible, horrible pastime I would not wish on anyone. Try soccer or basketball.
