What would cause a sharp pain on the right side of my body...about 4 ribs up from the bottom of the right side of my ribcage...when I breathe in deeply?

More details about your recent activities could have been helpful.

Sounds like a pulled muscle. A cracked rib would be SERIOUS pain. You would be dialing a GP right now!

Give it another day - if it's still the same way - set up a doctors appointment (walkin if neccesary) to get it X-rayed - and diagnosed.

You'll be right as rain in no time. Hope it's not a rib - good luck!

It depends if the pain comes from the surface of your ribs, or from the inside part of your chest. It could even be from your liver.
Have it Checked up.
