This is when most of the billions of people who have taken a breath of air, and have died will be resurrected during the 1,000 year reign of Christ Jesus and mankind will be taught from new scrolls and will learn to live in peace and harmony with each other and the animals.

Resurrection is the rejoining of the body and spirit after death. It's a restoration of sorts.
