Abstract reasoning, creative ideation, long-range planning, altruism, a sense of good and evil, spiritual awareness, contemplation of eternity, etc.

::EDIT:: Kudos to Andrew Lansdown!

Jane,
My scientific proof lays in the experiences of my lifetime. I have gone from the top of the hill to the gutter and now I am back, good as new. I was only able to do this by putting my life in the hands of some power greater than myself. While I scoffed at the idea when it was suggested to me, I found to my amazement that it does work. Once I had done this I achieved serenity. And this is the greatest testament, grounded in both the flesh of real life as well as spirituality, to the fact that we humans are different from animals.

Quote "You might not believe the Bible but I do. And I believe it gives me the right basis to understand this universe and correctly interpret the facts around me. I’m going to give you some examples of how building my thinking on the Bible explains the world and is not contradicted by science. For instance, the Bible states that God made distinct kinds of animals and plants. Let me show you what happens when I build my thinking on this presupposition. I will illustrate how processes such as natural selection, genetic drift, etc. can be explained and interpreted. You will see how the science of genetics makes sense based upon the Bible."

"One can of course do this with numerous scientific examples, showing how the issue of sin and judgment, for example, is relevant to geology and fossil evidence. And how the Fall of man, with the subsequent Curse on creation, makes sense of the evidence of harmful mutations, violence, and death."

Despite the condescending way you worded your request for information your question deserves an answer. Using the conclusion as a premise of your argument is fallacious reasoning. We are not warm blooded mammals, we are human beings.

How many animals can read this answer? Let alone design and build the computer you're reading it on? Can you even show me an animal that can to an analogue to these feats? I thought not. There's a reason for that. We ARE more than mere meat machines. And information gleaned from NDE's and OBE's constitute genuine proof of nonmaterial consciousness, known for centuries as 'soul'.

I use empirical evidence as scientific proof which is what you are supposed to use anyway.

I see people keep pets, birth children in hospitals. build tall buildings, fight wars with weapons, cross oceans in ships, board and fly to far away places in airplanes, put our children in colleges, make a variety of foods so we don't always eat the same things, farm, clear land. . .

I mean what do you want? Put down the fiction and observe! Using your own eyes and senses is scientific. Did you skip high school science?

Easy if we didn't have a creator for real how would our hearts beat 80 to 120 beats per min. And how would the lungs work and the kidneys and the brain and all those other bodily functions we have. It had to be someone greater than us at work. And If your to blind to see thats really sad. Helen Keler once said It is better to blind than to have eye's and not...

Yup... You are correct. We are scientifically categorized as "warm blooded mammals".

Look around... Who controls this planet? Mice? Chickens? Dolphins??? Nope!!! HUMANS...

That in a nutshell is what makes humans "above" all other animals.

And God planned it that way!

1. The power of abstract thoughts and of speech.

2. The ability to record accumulating knowledge

3. Man's moral and spiritual values, originating in qualities such as love, justice, wisdom, mercy.

Show me ANY of these in what evolutionist consider our closest relatives that descended from ape-like common ancestors.
