Wait until you've had sex a few times. Then ask yourself if you might be able to tolerate her for a month or two more. If so, that's about as good as it gets, so you might as well propose.

spend some extended time with her. if she is easy going throughout then I would say its a good start. High maintenance can kill you. I like to take a trip somewhere and see how we get along when tired, waiting for the plane, all of the mundane stuff. If she is a trooper through that, think about how much easier things will be over many years. The attraction stuff is a given i assume. You need to go through a tough time with her to. see how she does and how she tolerates you as well. good luck

You just know. You can't imagine life without her in it would always want to be there and protect her for all time and so on. Sounds like you may already know or have that feeling.

Make sure you've taken enough time to have gotten to know her.
With most people, the more you get to know them the less you like them.
If the more you know her, the more you like her, then she's the one for you.

it's hard we live so long who can say, watching films make it look so easy but in the normal word of soul mates let me know if you find it as i am not sure.When you think that you have the right one BANG something goes wrong!

By getting with her and fighting any obstacle that hits you and coming through it. You can't tell by meeting someone that it is them...that is just liking them and the chemical reaction inside your body.

this isnt an answer that can be given, its something thats different for everyone. my personal theory is that when you meet "the one" youll know instantaneously. youll just have that feeling like you can't live without that person and you'd do anything for her.
