Swimming is such good exercise, you may actually get bigger because you will gain muscle. You will also lose fat, but muscle weighs more than fat so don't be surprised if you gain weight, but still look better. As for abs: good 'ol sit-ups are hard to beat.

swimming is so excellent not only for slimming down but developing a muscular cut body. together with workout training, one develops a body "to die for".
oh, by the way, if you are a little over weight at your age......not to worry.......when you suddenly grow a few inches (teenagers usually do) the weight will be proportionate. but. still, i love the idea that you give a damn about yourself. hang in there and don't ever lose that million dollar smile.

maybe not, but you will be a swimmer, a slimmer swimmer, maybe not,but there is a glimmer, for you to be a slimmer swimmer, but wait, just simmer on this for a bit,but whatever you do do not allow your hopes of being a slimmer swimmer to grow dimmer,but just incase you can now and then skip a lunch and a dinner and become a winner,

Yes you will be slimmer and better toned. Swimming is one of, if not the best overall exercise that you can do.
