Well I was always told that you should let the boy come to you but that is so not true because boys now are just as shy as girls ( they just might not show as much as we do). I say that if you like a boy then you should take charge and go for it. I'm guessing you're young, take a chance and if rejection happens there are plenty of other guys out there for you. He may like you and you not even know it. I have definately experienced that, that's actually how I got together with my current boyfriend, we hooked up at a party.You don't have to impress him, just be yourself, because what guy is worth changing yourself for? The class period thing means nothing, I have no classes with my boyfriend and we're still as strong as ever.

The best answer of course is to be yourself!!!! Is it possible for you sit closer to him in class? I you know alittle about him, strik up a conversation or after class or right before class begins maybe ask him about the homework assignment or if you have a pen/pencil that you can borrow. Just anything to let him see your face and a pretty smile. Maybe too, you can also maybe wear a really cute outfit that you feel really good in and do a little extra to your hair/makeup just to stand out alittle (don't over do it!!) probably the first things you want to look at are impressions: how you talk, dress, walk.. everything. just be yourself, express yourself. some guys cant get over a girl who has a free spirit, confidence, and a place he can hang out if he loses his apartment or something. unfortunately, some guys dont immediatly think past the look... its sad, shallow and irritating.
just look your best, dont overdo it on the makeup (some like the Au natural look anyhoo) and dont forget: looks arent everything. **confidence is a major part.** you just want to be able to walk past and say hi or drop him a note in that kindof intriguing, 'chase me' kind of way that'll spring his curiosity. you can also try the "smile at him across the room" game - if hes looking at you (like every guy does), then kindof make eye contact, smile, and look down at someting youre doing. the majority of guys, however, are very stupid when it comes to sublety (i am one of those, so id know), and that means youll probably want to go sit by him, say hi and introduce yourself - most guys will catch on and it all goes downhill from there.(or just go sit in his lap - thatll do the trick) if youre shy, leave him a note that says 'meet me by ___' , or 'stay after class' - something like that -- be creative. if youre able to walk around and see everyone glancing at you, or just plain staring with their jaws dropped, then youll have no trouble. play around with his mind a bit and he'll be putty in your hands.

make sure you're really pretty when you're around him and if u hear him say anything then just try and include yourself in the conversations so u can get a chance to talk to him just to see if he is feeling u. I agree with Taby. You cant force someone to like you.Only if you and him have some good conversation and you 2 find interest in each others.That will work so try to talk with him but if he doesnt like it.Just forget him cuz that kind of person is not worth

you dont. if you "get him to like you" then your not being yourself and well that is defeating the purpose, maybe u should just ry hanging out with him a bit if he seems even slightly interested be straight up and ask him. if he says no, do not be discouraged just cause one guy turns u down doesnt mean that there is anything wrong with u. u got plenty of time.

It's most important to be yourself, and then you can try to find a common interest but don't try too hard to impress him, or you'll freak him out. It may take a while, but it'll be worth it. Don't be over-dramatic, or you'll scare him away.
