Proactiv worked great on my skin. I have sensitive skin and was prone to a pimply chin too! I was frustrated because my skin would just clear up and then a new group of zits would pop up. The ingredients in proactiv worked for me. Now I buy a less expensive copy-cat product at Wal-Mart. It's made of the same ingredients and I have just as much success using it. I seldom get a pimple and don't even feel the need to wear foundation on my skin.

In college I broke out a ton. I've been using Proactiv for about 3 years now and my skin has never been better. I still get break outs, but they're much smaller and disappear more quickly. It takes a couple months to get results, many people make the mistake of giving up too soon. Stick with it and you'll notice a drastic difference! As for the dryness, that doesn't last forever. Your skin will adjust and return to normal.

I have personally tried the trial version of ProActiv.
It works to some extent but I noticed little effect after the first couple uses. ProActiv is very unique in that it doesn't cause your face to get oily unlike many other acne medications. Even the oil-free face washes tend to turn my skin oily.
Everyone is different, so give everything a shot.

Proactive is very powerful acne medicine and because of it's ingredients, it has to be used all over the face. It has ingredients which whiten the skin, so if you use it only on your chin, it could make your face look discolored.
Also, since you're sensitive, your skin might react by being very dry for a while.
I would suggest using it every 3 days instead of every night.

i used it for awhile and it worked pretty well for me. it takes several applications before it actually starts working. just be patient and give it time. i only used it because i had just a minimal amount of acne and i wanted completely clear skin. my skin didn't seem to breakout as much and i liked the product, but i just stopped using it because it is too expensive and my skin isn't in bad condition to begin with.

my friends son swears by it.
When I was younger I used to breakout on my chin. It was perioral dermatitis. The doctor told me to stop using fluoridated toothpaste. I did and it worked.

I don't think it works on asian skin because me and my two other friends tried it out but didn't help much.
