Okay, a kid that I know, he's on my myspace.. I know him in real life, we were friends in 6th grade [ he is pretty adult looking for his age.. he was 12 and just turned 13.. I'm 13 too.. ] but now I hardly talk to him in school.. is drinking beer/alchohal.. and I'm pretty sure smoking cigarrettes and doing drugs.. I have proof of him drinking the alchohal [ his myspace picture is a picture of him drinking a bottle of beer ].. and from his passed statements, he has been smoking cigarrettes.. and he's trying to quit or something.. I think he does Chronic [whatever that is].. What should I do?? Is it only best if I report him or what?

You need to have absolute proof of his drinking and drugs before you report him. A picture on myspace means nothing, you do not know if you were not there when the picture was taken if there was really beer in the can or bottle. Lots of kids this age 'stage' photos to make them see cool.
But there is a difference between 'pretty sure' he's doing drugs and cigarettes and knowing for sure. You could talk to his parents about your concerns, or even talk to you Mom about talking to them. Or you could send them a letter with the web address of his myspace site. Sounds like they aren't really aware of what he is up to.
Or you could discuss it with your school counselor. Just make sure you know the score before you turn him in.

I know a friend on myspace who smokes weed and is only 13 well these day alot of young teens are smoking weed & doings drugs, dont they know better? well, im glad you dont talk to him because hes the bad influence. But you should aleast tell some one drugs can kill you at a young age he shouldnt be doing that BS. Yes report him thats the only good thing that you can do hes probably addicted ask his mom & dad if he needs any help & be ther for him when he does. So dont get into that like he did. You know what do.

The easiest thing would be to report him..but first things first...you should be open with him and ask him..what are the reasons he is doing all those drugs and going the wrong route..if he confronts you and doesnt want anything to do with you or what your trying to say then sadly yes report him before something goes terribly wrong...he might O.D. or get an accident while intoxicated..etc..
so the best thing is to talk to him first and let him know that you are there for him..if he doesnt comply then alert the counselors and your parents as well as his...then they will do what is necessary!!!?!?!?!
good luck and take care
learn from this...dont take his route..make your own foot-steps..and hopefully the right ONES...

in the experience that they are allowed to drink pop, then convinced, they could drink root beer. Root beer isn't and hasn't ever been alcoholic (regardless of the reality that you'll now purchase root beer flavoured alcohol). Root beer also clearly doens't have caffiene, regardless of the reality that in recent times some manufacturers upload it in, like barq's, yet mug wouldn't have caffiene, and far of alternative manufacturers do not both.

don''t be a narc. by the way, chronic is VERY good quality weed. i doubt a 13 yr. old can get that kind of money/dealer. i'm 15 and have never seen chronic, although i smoke quite often. beer is more of a problem. i drink heavily (mostly vodka) and it shows. if you want, talk to him but don't screw up his life by getting him in trouble. possesion of marijuana/alcohol is serious stuff. he will be better off without police reports exculding him from school and job oppurtunities in the future.

You may want to discuss this with a school counselor and your parents so maybe he can get help before it is too late. If you care about him you will do what it takes to help him even if he is a little mad at you at first.

Yep, trust your instincts! If he is your friend at all, save his life and tell somebody. Your parents are probably the best people to start with.
