Both matter to some degree, but personality is more important.
Good looks and average personality=dime a dozen, nothing special.
Good personality and average looks=a worthwhile person, and her looks will improve with my overall positive opinion of her.

A little of both because looks are good but they may be stuck up or mean so a little of both.

a little bit of both, but more twrds personality. i like looks but someone with only looks cant last too long, but then again i dont want to go and date someone that looks like they came from a grave after having 200 pounds of fat injected to them

The way I look at it I have to be attracted to the girl. Then as I get to know her if our personalities don't match then I move on.

i think little for both, but sometimes, one of them goes over the other, which in other way will make a satisfaction in a way or another for the guy.....and hey if u look like this avatar,,,i think i go for the look :-P

I notice looks first because that is the absolute first thing you notice about a person. However, it is more substantial that a woman have a great personality, can communicate well, and has a strong self-confidence about herself.

Both cuz look is just at first but when you get to know someone you gotta be able to like em on the inside too.

Personality first for me....A little on the looks....especially when it comes to the eyes and long hair!!!

it starts off as 80% looks 20% personality
as you get to know them it, personality becomes more important and levels at around 50 / 50
