See? that's what i don't get the two. no longer basically has the guy refused to pay his taxes, he blames it on undesirable advice from a financial adviser. No you are not liable. Keep your pay stubs to prove deductions.

If you have pay stubs showing those deductions you should be okay. You shoud also report your employer for this.
