This program must be free. It must allow me to edit, crop and add a background to my photos. A plus if it allows me to airbrush or fix flaws on my photos. Thank you!

if you hear of one that is free that you can use to fix the backgrounds of your pictures, cure a focus problem, or airbrush, kindly DO email me! those that do professional work cost professional dollars. they also have a very high learning curve.
however, here's a rather good, free, photoediting program from google: download picassa2.

I think the first one is the one that you want. The second one allows you to make a slide presentation and add a soundtrack as well as crop images. Also, WalMart has the WalMart Digital Photo Center. It is a program that you can download from WalMart.com Here are the instructions. I think you have to open a free account there to download the program.

A very good software and free is Picassa by google. It helps to organize, do fun stuff and some basic editing. Is very good with red eyes.
Only works with windows.
