what are some causes of moddiness that happens out of the blue? i mean for no reason?

Moodiness can be a sign of stress. It can also have physical causes such as diabetes. If you think it is more than just irritability due to environmental causes you should see your doctor. I agree that you probably do not have bipolar disorder. People with bipolar depressive disorder suffer from severe deep depressions and manic episodes.

Just because your moody does not mean you have bipolar.. And bipolar is a lot more than just being moody..Now if you have seen a dr and he says you don't have it, then it might be something else like a hormone imbalance, there are a ton of things it could be...

chemical imbalance? also moodiness can come from eating a lot of the wrong foods too.. and my last guess is are you the astrological sign - cancer tends to be moody or so I've read any of these apply?

i have a history of moodiness and i have severe depression. might want to take a depression test online and see how you score.
