Tell you what? I'm glad there is a fuss going on 'cos I'm hoping the programme (which is the actual trash) will be taken off air permanently. How can you people watch it - ain't you got a life?

There are certain people like Britney Spears and Jade's mum who just fall into that category, he didn't say that all white people were trash. But those girls implied that all Indians ate with their hands and so on. Jackiey IS white trash and that's not a racist thing to say, it's a fact. She wants to get a tattoo on her lady bits, erggh! and Jade rolled her first joint when she was 4. Now that's what I call trash.

Yes, but white british people just tend to take that sort of abuse. I think the Bollywood fans just took offence at the fact that their 'darling' girl was not loved by everybody and was in fact hated. And surprise surprise pulled out the racism card. The only truly racist remark that I heard came from Jo's mouth. I feel sorry for Jade I feel she is being made into a scapegoat. The poppadom thing was the only remotley racist thing she said, and even that I think is questionable and that happened way after the whole racism issue had already been raised.

It seems as though our Indian friend has accomplished her mission to see off that farting and ignorant Jane Goody. With all thats going on and Tony Blair and Gordon Brown find time to discuss this trivialty globally is mind boggling.

It is racism of a sort. If she had simply said "trash" it would have been accurate without being racist. At least that is my view.

yes, it is but as this is a dominantly white country, racism against non-whites is more serious.

the point of anti-prejudism is to prevent minorities in a society people being disadvantaged. black people have very little power in britain, so when they are racist, its not such a big problem as they don't have the ability to harm white people.

Yes it is racism. I am really sick of it being ok for people who aren't white making comments like white trash or cracker and thinking that it's ok.

yes it is, but this country seems to think that it's okay to talk about white people like that but god forbid if someone says anything against Asian/Indian whatever they are. these people need to get a life. Lots of people think that way but are not allowed to voice how they feel, but they can say whatever they like and we're supposed to sit back and take it.....
