What kind of maintaining, need a sauna room at home?

Im going (want) to build one,
maybe steam sauna and/or dry sauna
I asking for advice, maybe you got some experience....
I love the relax feeling.

It's expensive and not hard to keep up. Just make sure that it's good and tight at the seams and made of wood.
A cheap way is to build a wooden box big enough to sit in and have steam vaporiser placed in side for steam and line the walls and floor with heavy duty plastic sheets
