What kind of maintaining, need a sauna room at home?

Im going (want) to build one,
maybe steam sauna and/or dry sauna
I asking for advice, maybe you got some experience....
I love the relax feeling.

Get a sauna, they produce better benefits than steam rooms especially for the heart (it's a good cardio workout for the heart)...saunas also improve your blood circulation better than steam rooms....I have one at home and it's very low maintance...I don't do anything!!! I just go in naked and make sure that I put a clean towel underneath and only sweat in the towel....but make sure you go in clean and after a session, leave the room open so air can ciruclate better.
