Make a watermelon shake.

Cut the watermelon into small triangles, remove the seeds and throw the fruit into a blender. Add a couple of ice cubes and some water, some sugar syrup (basically sugar melted in warm water) to taste, cover and switch it on.

Pour the contents into a glass, put a straw in it and chug it down like a beast.

Enjoy.

Puree it in a blender and use the strained juice to make watermelon margaritas. YUM!
Here's a great recipe for watermelon granita: http://www.metrokc.gov/health/nutrition/recipes/watermelongranita.htm
Another tasty but unusual suggestion is a watermelon, cherry tomato and basil salad. Sounds weird, but it's really good.

Just give it to me I adore watermelon in any form though you can make a lovely salad with some green leaves and some chopped up watermelon and then sprinkled with feta cheese. Trust me the sweet and salty are delicious
