Well it depends on how much you like them. And, I guess if you think they're interested in you at all. Actually, let me change that, I think it depends on the maturity level of the person, it shouldn't matter if you think they have mutual feelings or not.
I say maturity on their part matters because if you tell someone that is immature and they are uninterested in you it could really back fire in your face and be embarassing. But why would you be interested in a person like that anyway right?
But yeah, even though telling someone you're interested COULD end badly, you should do it, so you don't spend a lot of time after you missed your chance wondering what could have been.

I would see how they act around me and if they are showing signs also because once you tell a person you like them they may or may not feel the same as you do, That's a chance you are gonna have to take.

No, absolutely not, it's about the worst thing you can do. Instead make them like you, make things fun, lighthearted, funny, and enjoyable. The "I like you" declaration will be the last thing to come and it will come naturally, you won't even have to say it. Both of you will simply know it.

you only live once. if you dont, you may always wonder what would have happened if you did tell them. It would not be the end of the world if they didnt share your feelings..atleast you would know and not wonder what would have been.

I don't know if you should really tell them, more like hint to them and spend sometime really gettin to know them and what they like. If you rush into it they might get freaked out and might not talk to you anymore. Just take it slow and really get to know them. :-)

it depend cuz he might be in a relationship and if i TOLD HIM that i like him...it might be the reason of them breaking up and i dont want that....i dont want end up getting KARMA...
