Not to my knowledge since the shortest SpecOps training program you're asking about is 9 weeks long. Not too many civilian can take that much time off work.
I was surprised to see that the 1st person to answer found one for the SEALs so I looked at the link he attached. It is an "adventure" and last only 24 hours. OK, it is a straight 24 hours.... So if you are looking for the same physical training as a USN SEAL....
However, this adventure does company offers a physical training course that lasts several weeks (not all at one time) for additional $$$. You can check into that.

Yeah there are a number of county boot camps, tied in with juvenile felons, who are given a choice, jail or boot camp!
