Its not until we start having attitudes that are not like children that we have to worry.
Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven.
Matthew 18:3
And since it is through God’s kindness, then it is not by their good works. For in that case, God’s grace would not be what it really is—free and undeserved.
Romans 11:6

No, a baby and birth is considered a miracle, a gift from God. Therefore, if a baby dies, it stands to reason that God in His wisdom along with the heavenly host would accept the return of the baby into heaven. End of story.
Now, there are a lot of theories floating around, enough to give any theologian quite a headache. In the end, after studying all these theories, you really have to question the impetus behind these theories. If you accept these theories, it seems you would have to accept a lot of other evils in the world. Why not just look at these theories as just wrong and instead focus on the source of the theory, the person promoting the theory that a child or baby could possibly go to hell because of not reading the bible or praying to God. What an absurd theory!!!
We also know that we cannot know someone by their thoughts or their words. It is by their acts that we shall know them. So a person has to consciously object to and not acknowledge God, that is, that which is beyond us. And then they have to live their entire lives physically going against God. So, in other words, it would take a lot to not "get into" heaven. In actuality, it would appear that there are very few who do not go to heaven.

Absolutely not true. I don't know of any religion which states that a person has to read the bible or pray to God or face hell.
Children taken before the age of accountability are guaranteed a spot in Heaven.

We are born into sin, but that isn't the sin that sends you to hell. Babies are alive to God even though they are born into sin. A child, just like Adam and Eve is not held accountable until they come to the age or point where they know the difference between good and evil it is at this time they need to make a decision about Jesus.
(Romans 7:9) For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. (Apostle Paul)

I believe it is the uniform testimony of Scripture that those who are not capable of making a decision to receive Jesus Christ, and who have died, are now with Christ in heaven, resting in His tender arms, enjoying the sweetness of His love. There are numerous factors supporting this viewpoint.
It is highly revealing that in all the descriptions of Hell in the Bible, we NEVER read of infants or little children there. Only adults capable of making decisions are seen there. Nor do we read of infants and little children standing before the Great White Throne judgement, which is the judgement of the wicked dead and the precursor to the lake of fire (Rev 20:11-15). The complete silence of Scripture regarding the presence of infants in eternal torment militates against their being there.
Jesus and the children. As we examine instances in which Christ encountered children during His earthly ministry, it would seem that children have a special place in His kingdom. Jesus even said, "Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven" (Mat 18:3) He also said, "Whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me (verse 5). I don't think there is any way someone could read through Matthew 18 and conclude that it is within the realm of possibility that Jesus could damn such little ones to hell!

No the child will reincarnate and learn to live with their fears of being here and how to deal with them. It is their soul that is responsible for their life , just as each person is responsible for their life. The survivors are learning the hard lesson to let go and let that soul move on to their next life lesson. The hell of it is learning a hard lesson over and over in each successive lifetime, because you were unable or unwilling to learn it the first time.

No, that is not true. Anyone under the age of reason upon dieing would not go to Hell. God has a special place for the young. It is a good place - they have committed no sin.

No.
Know one knows exactly how it works, but we know for sure that at least some babies go to heaven. We don't know for all, but it doesn't say that they don't.
When David's baby died, he said that he would see him again one day in heaven.
2Sa 12:22 He answered, “While the child was still alive, I fasted and wept. I thought, ‘Who knows? The LORD may be gracious to me and let the child live.’
2Sa 12:23 But now that he is dead, why should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I WILL GO TO HIM, but he will not return to me.”

No if you were baptized then you go to heaven. If not then you go to Limbo. Unless the Catholic Church says Limbo no longer exists. I will have to look into that.
Edit: Upon further research I found that in the year 2006, Pope Benedict XVI eliminated the limbo theology, saying all children without a baptism go to heaven. That was nice of him. Although I do feel sorry for all those souls who have been in limbo the past few thousand years until the Pope bumped them up to heaven.
