Hey everyone, for the past few weeks i have been having this dream. It's of Jesus getting crucified, then me holding a bible in one hand, and the torah in the other. I look at both and drop the torah and hug the bible to my chest. I then see myself putting on a crucifix necklace. This is a real dream i have been having. What does it mean? any ideas?

*I'm jewish by the way

while i'm no prophet.... sounds to me like God is reaching out to you to grow in your faith and accept HIs Son as the Messiah. You might want to talk to someone in the Messianic Jewish community near you.

God bless you with the knowledge to decifer the gift He has given you!

Jesus was crucified for you so that you could be with God. The Torah was God's Law because the Jews wanted it that way. But the Torah by itself does not save. Faith like what Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob had saves.

The Torah is part of the story, but not all. So you drop the Torah and embrace the Bible because the Bible includes the Torah but continues on to tell you that you are no longer a slave to the Law your fathers wanted, but are free to pursue eternal life through Christ's crucifixion. The complete story continues after the Torah.

With that news, you can accept this and identify yourself as a recepient of the grace of God by wearing the crucifixion necklace as a token so others can see that you are a free man and that Christ's death on the Cross was the ultimate and last sacrifice required under the sacrificial law of the Torah and you have been redeemed.

I should also mention that Christ did rise again, and witnesses to the resurrected Christ were many.

In the Torah: "Lift up the serpent and put him on a pole. Let all those who look may be made whole." Christ's death is an imitation of the wilderness years when the Jews had snakes in the camp and were dying. Upon the command of God, Moses fixed a snake to a pole and commanded the people to look so they could be cured and saved from death.

God did the same with the body of Christ.

But remember: Salvation is not earned (by following law). It is GIVEN.

Perhaps you are being impressed to read the whole Bible and not just the part that most Jewish people accept. Many Jewish people followed Jesus around and accepted that He was not just some man..that He was indeed the Messiah. The Jewish people had been expecting the Messiah to come with weapons and conquer the enemis with war and might...but He came to show us how to live, how to treat others etc..and above all, He paid the price for our sins, that we might have the opportunity to accept Him and follow Him....Many Jewish people saw Jesus do all kinds of miracles..things that would be impossible for a mere human...those Jewish people KNEW that Jesus was who He said He was...but many chose not to believe and are still waiting for Jesus to come with weapons and conquer the enemy.....My advice to you would be to study the whole Bible and look into History etc...ask yourself the right questions about Jesus and the witness that Jewish people gave from back then...and pray...for guidance and to have your eyes open....Perhaps this is a time when you as a Jewish person are being "spoken" to by God. God Bless you.

The Torah represents the Old Laws and Testament. The Bible represents the completed works of GOD.

The crucifix represents the Word of GOD becoming becoming fruitful in your life.

The Torah fulfilled is the entire bible revealed through the crucifxion of Jesus.

dream may represent your spirituality and the coming together of all different parts of your personality. The other interpretation may be less spiritual and more of a reflection of how you are feeling. A cross is a symbol of pain and suffering. Think if you are feeling as though you are being "crucified" by something that is going on in your life.

Maybe god is trying to show you that the only way to the father is through his son, who gave his life to die for your sins.
